Due to our rapid growth we are seeking experienced, motivated ATV Service and Parts Technicians to join our team in Dallas, Texas. We are also looking for customer service personnel and Internet Sales people.

If you have a solid customer service background we can teach you the skills you need to be an asset to ATVDiscounter.com.

The ATV Service Technician will diagnose and repair ATVs while working with our service department to provide technical support for customers over the phone and via email. Those with less ATV troubleshooting experience can assist in providing customer service to our large customer base and help ship all the necessary parts to our clients.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Handle all customer service issues such as repairs, diagnosing problems, and responding to customer communication via phone/email

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

- Provide outstanding customer service by answering technical questions that pertain to ATVs, dirt bikes, go karts and scooters

- Complete work on a timely basis in order to satisfy promised times to customers

- Be able to take parts orders, identify and ship parts, maintain parts inventory levels

Qualifications:

- Must have some computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Email, Internet

- Must have strong communication and writing skills

- Must have Powersports mechanical experience or strong customer service skills
